Suspension work usually falls into one of two categories: fixing a problem, or building toward one you want. This category covers both — everything from air helper springs that keep a loaded Silverado from sagging in the rear, to full lift kits that turn an F-150 into something ready for bigger tires and real ground clearance.

Right now that means the Firestone Ride-Rite All-In-One kit for the 2019–24 Silverado 1500, a FOX 2.0 Performance Series coilover shock for the Tacoma front end, and two Skyjacker lift kits for the F-150 — a 4.5-inch kit and a 6-inch kit with Nitro shocks, both for 4WD trucks. These aren’t universal parts; each one is engineered around a specific truck’s factory mounting points and ride height, so the lift amount and shock length actually matter here.

A kit like the Skyjacker 6-inch changes more than ride height — it affects driveshaft angle, alignment specs, and sometimes brake line length, so it’s worth reading the full fitment notes rather than just matching the truck model. If you’re closer to fixing sag under load than chasing lift height, the Firestone air kit is the simpler, cheaper route.
