No, it wont work at all. This build uses the short tailhousing and the specific output shaft meant strictly to line up with a 4WD transfer case. It will not fit a 2WD chassis.Do I really need to flush my old cooler lines before putting this in?
Yes, do not skip this step or you will instantly ruin the new unit. If your old transmission burned up, your factory lines and auxiliary cooler are full of metal flakes, friction material, and old burnt fluid trash. If you dont flush those lines completely clean before firing up this new BD transmission, that old debris will pump straight into your new valve body at startup and destroy it.
