What Makes It Work

The big upgrade here is Dunlop's MT Multi-Tread technology. In plain terms, the center of the rear tire uses a harder, long-wearing compound for all those straight-line highway miles, while the shoulders get a softer, grippier compound for when you actually lean the bike over. That's the main reason Dunlop is claiming 23–26% more mileage than the Roadsmart III — without sacrificing the cornering feel riders actually care about.They also reworked the sidewall construction, which improves handling in both wet and dry conditions and makes the ride noticeably more comfortable, especially on longer stretches.
