QuadBoss Wheel Spacer – 4/137 – 2in – M12x1.25 (Part #563889)

Stop Feeling Like You Are Gonna Tip Over

Look, I know how it is. You buy a nice UTV (Polaris, Honda, Kawasaki—whatever), and the first time you hit a side hill or a fast dirt corner, that thing leans over like a sailboat. You are gripping the steering wheel white-knuckled. That is because the factory makes these things narrow to fit on a trailer, not to keep you stable on three wheels. This QuadBoss 2-inch spacer is the cure. Part #563889. You bolt this between your hub and your wheel. It pushes that wheel out 2 inches. Do the math: that is 4 extra inches of track width. You will feel the difference the second you turn the key.

Why QuadBoss?

Because cheap spacers crack. I have seen it happen. Someone buys a cast aluminum spacer off Amazon, hits a rock, and the whole thing splits in half. QuadBoss machines are made from 6061 aircraft aluminum. It is a solid block. No seams, no porosity.

What You Are Getting

  • The Good Stuff: 6061 T6 billet aluminum. Strong enough to jump with, light enough you won't notice the weight.
  • The Right Threads: M12 x 1.25. This is what most 4/137 machines use (RZR, Talon, Teryx).
  • No Hidden Costs: This comes with the wheel studs and nuts. Open the box, put them on. You do not need to buy a separate hardware kit.
  • 2 inches thick: This is the sweet spot. 1 inch is not enough. 3 inches puts too much stress on the bearings. 2 inches is just right for stance and safety.

Does It Fit My Machine?

Bolt Pattern: 4/137 Thread Size: M12 x 1.25This fits a lot of stuff, but do not guess. It fits most:
  • Polaris RZR (900, 1000, XP, Turbo)
  • Honda Talon 1000
  • Kawasaki Teryx (most years)
  • Some smaller 4x4 ATVs with the big pattern
Here is the rule: Go outside, pull one lug nut off your current machine. Look at the threads. If they look like a standard pencil thickness and the threads are medium/fine, you are probably M12. If it looks skinny (M10), this wont work.

FAQ

Do I need a lift kit to run these?
No. These push the wheels out, not up. You can run these on a bone stock suspension. However, if you are running massive 32" mud tires, you might rub the fender flares when you turn. Stock tires or 30" tires are fine.
Is this for one wheel or a pair?
This listing is for one (1) spacer. If you want to do the whole rear axle, buy two. If you want all four corners, buy four. Most guys do just the rear axle first because that is where the rollover feeling comes from.
Will these mess up my wheel bearings?
Any spacer increases leverage on the bearings. Thats physics. But a 2-inch spacer on a UTV? You will be fine. The bearings on a RZR or Talon are huge. QuadBoss designed these to be the max safe width. I would not go to 3 or 4 inches, but 2 is the industry standard.
How hard are they to install?
If you can change a tire, you can do this.
  1. Jack up the machine.
  2. Take the wheel off.
  3. Slide the spacer over your existing lug studs.
  4. Tighten the spacer down with your factory lug nuts.
  5. Put your wheel back on using the new nuts QuadBoss gave you.
  6. Drive 50 miles, then re-torque everything. Done.
Is this the same as an "adapter"?
Yes and no. An adapter usually changes bolt patterns (like 4/137 to 4/156). This keeps the pattern the same. It is strictly a spacer. That is why it is stronger—less parts to break.
