QuadBoss Wheel Spacer 4/137 - 1in - M12x1.25 (Part #563883)

Your UTV Feels Tippy. One Inch Makes A Difference.

You know that feeling. You hit a corner a little too fast. The whole machine leans. Your heart jumps. That is the stock width working against you. UTVs come narrow from the factory. Easier to ship. Not easier to drive. This is the QuadBoss Wheel Spacer. Part #563883. 4/137 bolt pattern. 1 inch thick. M12x1.25 studs. It pushes your wheel out one inch. That is two inches wider total per axle. The machine feels more planted. Less lean. More confidence.

Why 1 Inch Instead Of 2?

Because not everyone wants the wheels sticking way out past the fenders. 2 inch spacers are for the aggressive guys. 1 inch is for the guy who wants better stability without looking like a trophy truck. Keeps mud and rocks inside the fenders. Still handles better than stock.

Why QuadBoss?

Because cheap spacers crack. I have seen it. Cast aluminum. Porous. One big hit and the spacer splits. Your wheel falls off. You crash.QuadBoss machines these from 6061 aircraft aluminum. Solid billet. Not cast. Not porous. Strong enough for jumps. Light enough that you do not feel the weight.

FAQ

Is this for one wheel or a pair?
One. This listing is for a single spacer. If you want to do both rear wheels, buy two. All four corners? Buy four.
Do I need longer lug nuts?
No. The spacer has its own studs. You bolt the spacer to your hub with your factory lug nuts. Then you bolt your wheel to the spacer using the included nuts.
Will 1 inch spacers cause rubbing?
Not usually. 2 inch spacers might rub on big tires. 1 inch is mild. Stock tires will be fine. Oversized tires? Maybe. Depends on your lift.
Are these safe for high speed?
Yes. Billet aluminum is strong. Torque the lug nuts to spec. Re-torque after 50 miles. That goes for any spacer or wheel change.
Will these fit my Polaris RZR 900?
Yes, if your bolt pattern is 4/137 and thread is M12x1.25. Most RZR 900s are. Measure first to be sure. Do not guess.
