If you run a high-horsepower street build, a hard-driven track weapon, or a dedicated drag car with a ZF 8-speed, this internal overhaul package is an absolute necessity.

  • Billet 7075 Aluminum C & E Hubs: Factory cast hubs fracture under sudden load spikes. PDS machines these replacements out of solid 7075 billet aluminum, heat-treats them, and finishes them with a hard anodize. They will not flex or split. Additionally, the internal fluid channels are re-angled to drive high oil volume directly into the clutch stacks, keeping internal temps stable during consecutive full-throttle hits.
  • Pure FSR Series Friction Plates: Every gear pack gets upgraded with high-coefficient friction linings. This specific lining material stops high-RPM clutch flare instantly and delivers immediate, positive gear engagement under heavy load.
  • Pure C6X Series Steel & Pressure Plates: Cut from premium Super Alloys, the A, B, and D pressure plates resist heat distortion and warping from extreme drag strip heat, keeping a flat profile for even clamping force.
  • Expanded Stack Capacity: PDS altered the internal clearances to squeeze extra friction and steel plates inside the assemblies. You get a massive increase in physical surface area and holding capacity without changing the external transmission housing dimension.

This is a comprehensive internal package containing a Billet 7075-T6 E-Hub assembly, Billet 7075-T6 C-Hub assembly, Super Alloy A, B, and D clutch pressure plates, a full set of Pure FSR Series frictions for all gear packs, a full set of Pure C6X Series steels, an upgraded D-Piston, a complete gasket and heavy-duty O-ring seal kit, and a brand new premium oil pan featuring an integrated filter element.

Does this kit come with transmission fluid or a torque converter?
No. This is strictly a hard parts structural reinforcement kit. It includes the upgraded hubs, clutch packs, pistons, seals, and a new oil pan with a built-in filter. High-performance transmission fluid and matching torque converters must be sourced separately.
Will this kit fix a transmission that is already slipping?
Yes, assuming your planetary gear sets, valve body electronics, and external case are not physically broken.
