You have a 2021-2022 Ford F-150 4WD. You want to lift it. Bigger tires. More ground clearance. Aggressive stance. But you do not want to ruin the ride. You do not want to mess up the steering or the electronics.This is the Skyjacker 4.5-Inch Suspension Lift Kit. Part #SKYF2145BKN. Fits 2021-2022 F-150 4WD models, excluding Raptor, Tremor, Diesel, and CCD-equipped trucks .Skyjacker has been building suspension kits for over 40 years. This kit is comprehensive. It includes heavy-duty crossmembers, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, front strut spacers, differential relocation brackets, rear lift blocks, extended brake lines, rear spring shackles, and Nitro rear shocks .

Why New Steering Knuckles?

The factory steering knuckles are not designed for a 4.5-inch lift. The ball joint angles are wrong. Steering geometry is thrown off. You cannot align it properly. Tires wear out fast.This kit includes CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles . They are stronger than the factory aluminum units. They correct the ball joint angles . They maintain proper steering geometry and OEM track width . The truck drives straight. Tires wear evenly.

Differential Relocation And Crossmembers

The kit corrects CV axle and driveshaft operating angles . The heavy-duty front and rear crossmembers create a rigid mounting structure . The differential relocation brackets ensure proper alignment . A differential skid plate provides reinforcement . The kit also includes a carrier bearing drop bracket to prevent driveline vibration on SuperCab and SuperCrew models .

What size tires can I run with this lift?

You can fit 35-inch tires . Some 37-inch tires may fit with trimming. Check wheel offset and backspacing.

Does this kit work with Ford's Electronic Stability Control (ESC)?

Yes. The kit is designed to retain factory ESC functionality when properly installed .

Is welding required for installation?

No. It is a bolt-on kit. Professional installation is recommended .

Will my factory 17-inch wheels fit?

No. OEM 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reused . 18-inch or larger aftermarket wheels are required .

Does this kit include shocks?

Lifted my ’21 F-150 4.5 inches with this kit to fit 35s and the stance turned out exactly as I pictured it. Ride quality held up well, no harshness over rough pavement despite the increased height. My installer said all the brackets lined up precisely with no need to force anything into place. Handling at highway speed remained stable and predictable, no wandering that some lift kits introduce. No rubbing at all even at full steering lock with the larger tires mounted. Excellent lift for a newer F-150 that still needs to be a daily driver.
