Bridgestone Battlecruise H50R RFD Tire - TL Rear

The Battlecruise H50F front is a cruiser/touring front tire that favors stability and straight-line confidence. It’s built for riders who cover miles on the highway and want a predictable front end under braking and in crosswinds. Not a sport or dirt tire — this one’s about relaxed control and long wear.

Intended use and fitment

Made for cruiser and touring motorcycles that call for 16", 18", or 19" front wheels. It’s aimed at street use: long rides, highway cruising, and everyday road conditions. Choose the exact size that matches your wheel and load requirements — fitment matters more than anything else.Typical applications:

Cruisers and touring bikes used on highways and backroads
Riders who prioritize stability and mileage over aggressive cornering
Bikes that see long trips, two-up loads, or luggage

Best suited for

Highway miles and long days in the saddle
Riders who want a predictable, planted front end
Owners who value steady handling in varied weather and crosswind conditions

Ride characteristics

Stable steering feel at cruising speeds
Predictable braking; the front won’t feel nervous under load
Smooth roll-on and stable tracking in a straight line
Not designed for razor-sharp turn-in — it’s built to reassure, not excite

Available front sizes

130/90B16 M/C 73H TL — Front
130/60B19 M/C 61H TL — Front

Materials and construction notes

Bridgestone tunes the H50F casing for stable tracking and even wear under load. Compound and tread geometry favor long mileage and wet-road confidence rather than extreme grip at lean. On cruisers, that balance translates to fewer surprises on long trips and steadier feel when the bike is loaded.

Installation and safety considerations

Match the tire size, load index, and speed rating to the motorcycle manufacturer’s specs.
Two similar 130/90B16 specs are listed above — verify the correct load index for your wheel/rim and bike.
Professional mounting and proper balancing are recommended.
Set air pressure to the values in your owner’s manual for solo vs. two-up riding and for loaded vs. unloaded conditions.
New tires need a short break-in period before hard riding.

Incorrect size, load rating, or poor installation can affect handling and safety.

Fantastic rear tire for my touring bike. Excellent wet grip and the mileage I’m getting is above average for this class.

Smooth, quiet, and confident through corners. The H50R balances perfectly and tracks straight on the highway.

Best cruiser rear I’ve run in years. Great feel through sweepers and it doesn’t squirm under hard acceleration.
