My wife who previously struggled stepping into the truck now gets in effortlessly. The motor is quiet and the response is instant. The powered deployment on these Pro-E boards is genuinely impressive, they drop down smoothly the second the door opens and retract flush when closed. Makes my quad cab Ram look completely stock when parked with the doors shut. My mother has bad knees and these have made a real difference getting into the truck without help. Wiring harness plugged right into the factory door module, no splicing needed. A year of daily use and the motors haven’t hesitated once. Worth the extra cost over standard boards.
