Speed and Strength SS900 Solid Speed Helmet Matte Black – Medium & XL (Part #880482 / 880484)
You Need A Lid. This One Won't Break The Bank.
Let me be real with you. You can spend $700 on a helmet. Or you can spend $150. Both will save your head in a crash. The difference? Graphics. Weight. And how much you care about looking like a MotoGP star. This is the Speed and Strength SS900. Matte black. Full face. No stupid flames. No ugly logos. Just a clean, mean helmet that does its job.Speed and Strength has been around. They make gear for guys who actually ride, not just pose at the coffee shop.
Two Sizes. Pick The Right One.
We got Medium and XL. That is it. No small. No 2XL. Just these two.
Medium (Part #880482): 57-58cm head. Think 7 1/8 to 7 1/4 hat size.
XL (Part #880484): 61-62cm head. Think 7 5/8 to 7 3/4 hat size.
Measure your head. Do not guess. Wrap a tape around your forehead, about an inch above your eyebrows. That number is your size. A loose helmet is useless. A tight helmet will give you a migraine. Get it right.
Why Matte Black?
Because gloss shows every fingerprint. Every scratch. Every water spot. Matte black hides all that. It looks mean. It stays mean. And it matches every jacket you own.
Who Is This For?
The daily commuter. The weekend backroad bomber. The guy who wants protection without looking like a Power Ranger. You do not need a $1000 carbon fiber helmet. You need something solid. This is it.
Features & Benefits
Full face: Chin bar and shield. The right way.
Matte black: No flashy graphics. Just clean.
Light: Heavy helmets hurt your neck. This one does not.
Anti-fog shield: Because fogging up at a stoplight sucks.
Padding comes out: Wash it. Summer sweat is gross.
DOT approved: Street legal. Tested. Good to go.

FAQ
Is this DOT approved?
Yes. Sticker is on the back. Legal everywhere.
What is the difference between Medium and XL?
About 4cm of head size. Medium is for average heads. XL is for bigger melons.
Is this a modular helmet?
No. Modular flips up. This is a solid full face. Stronger. Lighter. No moving parts to break.
Can I wear glasses with this?
Depends on your glasses. Thin wire frames? Probably yes. Thick plastic hipster frames? Probably not. Try it first.
Does it have speaker cutouts for Bluetooth?
Most SS900 helmets have pockets in the foam for speakers. Check inside. Cardo and Sena usually fit.
How do I clean the inside?
Pull the padding out. Throw it in a pillowcase. Wash delicate. Air dry. Do not put it in the dryer. It will shrink.
Is this good for hot weather?
It has vents. Not a ton. Crack the visor open one click. You will survive.
Why is this cheaper than Arai or Shoei?
Because you are not paying for race team marketing. Speed and Strength makes good gear without the fancy price tag. Your head will be fine.
I have a huge head. Will XL fit?
Measure first. XL goes up to 62cm. If your head is bigger than that, this helmet will not fit. Sorry. Look for a 2XL somewhere else.
Can I return it if it does not fit?
Yes, if you have not worn it on the road. Try it on in your living room. Wear it for 15 minutes while watching TV. If it hurts, send it back. If you crash in it, keep it.
