Here's the thing about building out a Touring Harley. You work through the whole bike — chrome controls, engine covers, exhaust, mirrors — and then you stand back and your eye lands on the steering neck. Bare welds. Hoses running through. Raw frame sitting right out front where everyone can see it. The factory never dressed it up and it shows.This kit is the fix. Chrome covers for the steering neck and down tubes, molded to follow the exact contours of the 2014–2025 Touring frame. Not close — exact. They sit flush, they line up with the surrounding bodywork, and when it's done the front end looks finished in a way it just doesn't from the factory. Anything get drilled or cut during install?
Nothing. Bolt straight on with the included hardware and that's the whole job. Take them off any time — the frame underneath is untouched.
My 2023 Street Glide Special — is it covered?
The Street Glide Special runs through 2023 at 1868cc and is listed. Check your model code against the fitment table to confirm before ordering.
Does it cover just the neck or the down tubes too?
Both. Neck and down tube covers are included together. The whole front frame section gets covered in one go — not just the top half.
I have a 2025 CVO Street Glide. Does this fit?

Will this chrome sit well next to my factory Harley hardware?
