Do I need a rack? No. Straps direct to the fender. A Tail Rack works too if you've got one, but it's not required.

Is it actually waterproof, or just "water-resistant"? Zipper's waterproof, storm flap covers it. Dry Pods inside are fully sealed, air-release valves and all. Rain's not getting through.

Will it fit my bike specifically? Anchors to the subframe or frame, not to bike-specific mounts, so it flexes across most dirt bikes, dual-sports, and enduros.
